Data Protection Act
LRAC officers use computers to keep membership details, records of events bookings, etc. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984, any person about whom records are kept may inspect them, on payment of a fee. Application should be made in the first instance to the General Secretary. Any details kept are only those supplied by members, and we do not make lists available to other bodies.
Booking Conditions and Cancellations
If you have a ticket for an event that you then find you will be unable to attend, please let the Booking Secretary know as soon as possible. We often have waiting lists for events and, if we are able to re-sell your ticket, we will be able to offer you a refund cheque and we will ask for a small SAE for this.
Credit notes are no longer valid.
